REPRODUCTION AND PACKAGE VERIFICATION — DN PROCUREMENT v1.0

One fresh Python process regenerated offer-normalization.csv, decisions.csv,
benchmark-results.json and summary.json. Every byte matched the reviewed originals.
The exact SHA-256 values are recorded in reproduction-verification.json and SHA256SUMS.

The independent assistant recomputed all 24 offers and 24 decisions without importing
or executing build_model.py: 1,975 assertions and 796 numeric comparisons passed.
The largest difference was 3.64e-9 from eight-decimal export rounding, within the
declared tolerance. This review is arithmetic/consistency review, not an external
expert certification or empirical procurement validation.

The actual JavaScript shipped in the offline HTML calculator was executed in a
Node vm with minimal DOM stubs. All 23 fully costed quote fixtures matched, with
nine additional boundary cases and ten invalid-input cases; 178 assertions passed.
One unknown-freight fixture is deliberately incomplete and is covered by missing-cost
validation rather than a numerical result. These are computation/validation checks,
not browser layout tests. See calculator-verification.json for exact coverage.

The archive is created from an explicit research-only allowlist. Archive CRC,
member list, every SHA256SUMS entry and equality to the selected source bytes were
checked after packaging. Private publication receipts, WordPress IDs, draft editorial,
cover files and operational records are not included. The public decision CSV is
byte-identical to decisions.csv in this archive.

No AI model, live supplier, vendor negotiation, real purchase or realized saving was
evaluated. Do not combine case savings or infer a real-world success rate from these
purposefully designed fixtures. Verification date: 22 October 2026.
